Fortunately, some companies, such as a large Canadian food company, go above and beyond current best practices with their food safety documentation. On 9 December 2009, they established an Independent Food Safety Advisory Committee, which is critically assessing their current food safety programme in three critical areas: (1) the implementation of ongoing critical revisions to the company`s food safety strategy, which will contain recommendations on complements or changes to the development of their programmes; and (3) provide instructions to their training and training programmes. And yet, other companies are Six Sigma, Kaizen, Safe Quality Food (SQF) best practices. Although food safety practices have traditionally not been included in the intellectual property of food, they may be more important than ever in the future. The final designs of the product are presented to the customer “as can be seen”, without warranty granted or implied. Most product development agreements aim to define “similar (or different) products” in order to allow the customer and supplier to continue to grow and develop their sale of “different products”. As a result, legal sticking points are always in the wording. In most cases, chords attempt to define sensory (taste and texture), analytical, functional and technical differences. In each situation, the legal agreement defines objective differences that can, if necessary, be demonstrated by tests carried out by third parties. The strictest standard for the measurement of different food and beverage products is “Triangle Sensory Tests”. The triangular test requires consumers to choose the “other” product from three product options. The other two options are the same product.
Less restrictive “product preference” tests may also be included in agreements. A company will choose to use more restrictive consumption tests if it feels like it has a very unique food product. B a salt analysis or liquid chromatography tests that identify certain taste components. This is a comprehensive document that can be used for every company, especially when the data is sensitive (with regard to the activity or the final product).
